PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting/receiving device which can perform reading/writing of managing information, synchronism-reproduction of plural contents, and the like with less throughput, when the managing information of AV data recorded in a recording medium and its attached data are externally accessed. SOLUTION: An audio list 201 is constituted of a pointer 222 for a title, a pointer 223 for text file information, and the like.
