PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which can surely discriminate its genuine user and also can improve its security. SOLUTION: This IC card includes a fingerprint acquisition part 3 which detects the fingerprint image of a finger, a fingerprint data storage part 4 serving as a fingerprint storage means which stores the fingerprint data on a specific finger, a data input/output control part 7 which inputs and outputs the data to and from an external device 51 and a fingerprint data collation part 5 which collates the detected fingerprint data with the stored ones and permits the input/output of data to the device 51 only when the coincidence is confirmed between both fingerprint data. |
