PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounted light-emitting diode of a structure, wherein the mass production of the diode is simply enabled and a fluorescent agent and the like can be mixed in the optimum position on a first resin layer, and the production method of the diode. SOLUTION: A fluorescent material which reacts to light from a light-emitting element 42 to increase the amount of the light and the like are mixed in a first resin layer 48. An antioxidant such as an ultraviolet light absorber for preventing the layer 48 and the element 42 from being deteriorated is mixed in a second resin layer 50. The fluorescent material is precipitated in the periphery of the material 42 and is mixed in the optimum position on the layer 48. The antioxidant absorbs ultraviolet rays to prevent the deterioration of the layer 48 and the element 42 due to the ultraviolet rays.
