PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital camera that can easily provide a special effect to a photographed image, for example, in the case of providing a feeling of stir to a photographed image of a mobile object. SOLUTION: The digital camera is provided with a means that obtains 1st image data by photographing an object with a high-speed shutter, a means that obtains 2nd image data by photographing the object with a low speed shutter, and a means that generates 3rd image date by adding a series of the 1st and 2nd image data. When the object is a body, an after-image effect is provided with the 2nd photographed image data and a photographed image with a feeling of stir can easily be obtained without the need for a personal computer or the like.
