PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit capable of preventing oscillation by noise. SOLUTION: The input terminal (in) of this amplifier circuit 1 is connected to the base terminal of an amplification transistor TR and connected through first wiring L1-1 to one of the terminals of a capacitor C1. An output terminal out is connected to the collector terminal of the amplification transistor, also connected through second wiring L1-2 to the other terminal of the capacitor and further, connected through a load resistor RLD to a power source Vcc. The emitter terminal of the amplification transistor is connected through a feedback resistor RE to the ground GND as a second power source. The second wiring for connecting the other terminal of the capacitor and the collector terminal of the amplification transistor is formed so as to be crossed with a cut line to be a reference at the dicing of a wafer and making it into a chip, the so-called grid line GL.
