PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type thermal/current fuse capable of shutting off the current safely even if the over-current remains below the twice of the rated current while a base film of resin is well precluded from fusion destruction. SOLUTION: A thermal fuse element 5 and a current fuse element 4 are in series installed on a base film 1 made of resin and sealed with a cover film 12 made of resin, and if the current is over the twice of the rated current, the current fuse element 4 is allowed to blow with Joule's heat of its own, and with a current greater than the rated current but no more than twice thereof, the thermal fuse element 5 is allowed to blow with Joule's heat of the current fuse element 4.
