PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the cleaning effect on the both of upper/lower surfaces of a floppy disk even though the floppy disk is rotated at a high speed of 3600 rpm or higher. SOLUTION: A pair of upper/lower lifters 16a, 16b is arranged in the circumferential direction of the floppy disk 1 by offsetting to nearly 180 deg., and a pair of upper/lower cleaning sheets 15a, 15b are pressurized from the up- and-down direction by a pair of these upper/lower lifters 16a, 16b and elastically brought into contact with both of the upper/lower surfaces of the floppy disk 1.
