PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for an interactive cooperative operation between a user terminal and a shared application program which resides in the center place of a server and the like. SOLUTION: The structure of presentation elements 15 for transferring and holding dialogue data and a managing mechanism for executing and controlling the presentation elements 15 are established in a user terminal. The structure where corresponding elements for transferring and holding dialogue data correspond is established by using an application program. Corresponding data of two sets for dialogue elements in the associated presentation element and in the corresponding element corresponding to the element are maintained for the interactive conversion of dialogue data. It is executed independently of transmission through a link or a network by realizing the cooperative operation of the presentation elements 15 and the corresponding elements 16.
