PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle frame which easily enables a spectacle wearing person to intersect lens faces orthogonally with his or her line of sight by properly tilting only the front faces forward and backward while normally wearing the spectacles. SOLUTION: Ear hanging temples 5 are hinged to a spectacle front 1 via hinge means 2 which enable temple folding manipulation and hinge means 4 which parallel their rotating axis direction B with the transverse width direction of the spectacle front face, by which the spectacle front 1 is easily tilted forward. The eyes' fatigue and the burden of the scruff of the neck may be lessened even when the spectacle wearing person keeps viewing downward.
