摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot water collecting method for solar heat collector and a collecting system hot water supply apparatus in which hot water supply capacity is enhanced by collecting solar heat energy efficiently and external auxiliary heating is reduced. SOLUTION: The hot water supply apparatus comprises a solar heat collector 1 for heating water by collecting solar heat, an external tank 2 for storing hot water heated by the solar heat collector, an external auxiliary heating hot water supply apparatus 3 for supplementing deficiency of hot water supply from the solar heat collector 1, a pressure pump 4 for delivering hot water from the external hot water storage tank, and a control unit 5 for automatically controlling each of control devices. Water stored in the solar heat collector is heated and the temperature is detected in the vicinity of boundary point where temperature rise rate increases abruptly and then slows down. Hot water is discharged a plurality of times during daily sunshine hours and collected in the external hot water storage tank 2. The solar heat collector 1 and the external hot water storage tank 2 are provided, respectively, with a temperature sensor and a water level sensor for automatic control.
