PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the vibrator of a linear motor which allows magnets to be easily assembled and is superior in rust preventing effect. SOLUTION: This vibrator of a linear motor is provided with a stator, wherein the north poles and south poles of an electromagnet are alternately positioned in one direction on one side of a space, and the magnetic poles of opposite polarity for the electromagnet are alternately positioned in the same direction on the side opposed to the magnetic poles and the magnetic poles are inverted with time. The vibrator is of plate shape and moves reciprocally in the space in the linear motor. A magnet 10 comprises a sintered magnet portion 11 taking the major portion of the magnet, and a resin magnet portion 12 which is injected in the gap between the sintered magnet portion and a frame 15, when the sintered magnet portion and a frame 15 are placed in dies and integrally holes the sintered magnet portion and the frame 15.
