UNIT OF THE HEAT SEPARATION ELEMENTS OF A NUCLEAR REACTOR AND A DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLY-DISASSEMBLY OF THE HEAD OF THE UNIT

The unit and the device are used in the nuclear power industry, in particular with the enterprises producing units for nuclear reactors, in the nuclear power plants in the operation of these units, as well as in the enterprises for the treatment of the waste fuel. They ensure higher reliability of the connection of the head of the unit of the heat separation elements to the tubular canals in which the absorption elements are fitted, and simplification of the assembly-disassembly process for the unit head. The unit includes a cluster of heat-separation elements (1) vertically fitted in a frame built of separation grates (2) fitted to tubular ducts (3) connected by an endpiece (4) in their lower end, and by a removing head (5) in its upper end. Head (5) includes lower (6) and upper (8) plate across the holes (7 & 9), respectively, of which guiding bushings (11) with springs (10) get through, having lower (16) and upper (17) supports. The lower ends of bushings (1) are connected to the upper ends of the tubular ducts (3). The upper supports (17) are fixed to the upper ends of the guiding bushings (11). A locking plate (12) with holes (18) is designed to plate (16) in which holes (18) the lower ends of bushings (11) with longitudinal slots (19) and ring-like grooves (32) are fitted and embracing belts (25) of the tubular ducts (3). Head (5) is assembled and disassembled by means of a device having a casing with holes across which guiding rods get through introduced in the guiding bushings (11). Above the casing a cross-bar is fitted with a facility for reciprocating shifting along the longitudinal axis of the housing. C-shaped levers are connected to the casing and the cross-bar having jaws in their lower end with a facility for meshing and unmeshing from the lower plate (6). 6 claims, 9 figures
