PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt type power source device which is good in carrying portable equipment and where there is no fear of a battery of a portable equipment to run out. SOLUTION: A belt type power source device has a belt 10 having two conductors 14 arranged in the longitudinal direction, a battery adapter which has a chargeable battery attachable and detachable to the belt 10 and which has an electrode 24 electrically connectable with the conductors 14 when the belt is worn, and a portable equipment adapter 40 which makes a portable equipment 30 attachable and detachable to the belt 10 and which has an electrode 32 supplying a power source to the portable equipment 30 from the battery adapter 20 through the two conductors 14 when the portable equipment is attached to the belt.
