PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical equipment capable of using an in-expensive microcomputer of which the number of pins is small. SOLUTION: A toilet seat heater 3 is not controlled by a main control part 1 constituted of a microcomputer but is controlled by a load control part 2 constituted of a comparator CP or the like. Since the control/non-control of the heater 3 is switched by turning on/off a transistor(TR) Q3 for connecting or separating a resistor R8 to/from a bridge circuit consisting of resistors R5 to R7 and a thermistor TH connected to the input side of the comparator CP by a signal outputted from an output port of the main control part 1, an inexpensive microcomputer of which the number of pins is small can be used for the main control part as compared with a case that all loads including the heater 3 are controlled by the main control part 1.
