CYLINDER TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of a medium from a medium passage path formed between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder by enhancing a bond fixing strength between the external surface of the inner cylinder and the internal surface of an end part of the outer cylinder in a cylinder type heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This cylinder type heat exchanger 10 has an inner cylinder 11 with the inner surface 11a and the external surface 11b thereof smooth and an outer cylinder 12 is provided having a cylindrical small-diameter part 12a at both end parts thereof while having a bulged part at an intermediate part thereof. The inner cylinder 11 and the outer cylinder 12 are respectively fixed by brazing between the external surface 11b of the inner cylinder 11 and the cylindrical small-diameter part 12a of the outer cylinder 12 to form a medium passage path P between the inner cylinder 11 and the outer cylinder 12. One end part of the medium passage path P is made to communicate with a medium inlet 12d provided on the outer cylinder 12 while the other end part thereof communicate with a medium outlet disposed in the outer cylinder 12. The end part 12a of the outer cylinder 12 is fitted being enveloped with an inner circumference part 13a of an annular flange 13 securely fitted into the inner cylinder 11 and the fitted/enveloped part is fixed by brazing.
