SOLUTION: The present hot water heating hot water supply apparatus includes hot water circulation means J for circulating hot water in a hot water storage circulation state where hot water heated with heating means K is supplied to an upper portion of a hot water storage tank 1 such that the water is stored in the hot water storage tank 1 to an upper portion of which a hot water supply passage 6 is connected while forming a temperature formation layer. Herein, the warm water circulation means J is adapted to be switchable to an external heat dissipation circulation state where warm water is circulated in the state where the total amount or a partial amount of the warm water heated with the heating means K is branched and supplied to an external heat dissipation section H. Control means S for execution of operation control a hot water storage circulation state where the warm water circulation means J is switched to the hot water storage circulation state to actuate the heating means K and heat dissipation operation state where the hot water circulation means J is switched to the external heat dissipation circulation state to actuate the heating means K.
