PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up an instruction processing by composing an instruction system of an instruction root which has a processing selection field and an instruction prefix having a field selected out of a conditioned execution field, an operand-length variation field, and a prefix-length selection field. SOLUTION: The instruction prefix 302 of the instruction system 300 includes the conditioned execution field 304 and other fields 312 and the instruction root 316 includes the process selection field 306, an operand field 308 of an option, and a field 310 of options for other processes. The conditioned execution field 304 has information regarding whether or not the instruction root is executed under the condition. When there is more than one instruction root aggregated in an execution aggregation, the conditioned execution field 304 decides whether or not the whole aggregation of the instruction root is executed.
