<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner that exhibits only small changes in its electrostatic chargeability in diversified service environments and has good electrophotographic characteristics represented by high transfer efficiency and fixability. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a bonding resin, a colorant and a wax component, of which 0.1-50 wt.% of the bonding resin is a silicone- modified polyester resin. In the polyester resin, the content of a compound having repeating units of the silicone-modified polyester resin in its structure and having a GPC molecular weight of <=1,000 is <=15.0 wt.% on the basis of the amount of the toner.</p> |
