PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection terminal and an electric connector capable of simply and surely connecting to an electric wire. SOLUTION: The electric connector has a terminal connecting part 11 for electrically interposing an electric wire by fitting each other in the state the electric wire C is interposed and a terminal crimping part 12, a first housing 15 for holding the terminal connecting part 11 in an insulating state, and a second housing 16 for holding the terminal crimping part 12 in an insulating state, the terminal connecting part 11 has a base part 11a and a barrel 11b which passes through the electric wire by combining the first housing and the second housing, the terminal crimping part 12 has a guide part for bending the barrel 11b through which the electric wire is passed in a curl state by combining the first housing 15 and the second housing 16, an interposing part with which the tip of the bent barrel 11b comes in contact and for interposing the electric wire between the base part 11a and itself.
