摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a signal of a sea rescue or the like by taking out electric energy from seawater without using a special material by using a copper plate as a positive electrode, using an aluminum plate as a negative electrode, and forming a battery by filling seawater between the plates. SOLUTION: A copper plate is used as a positive electrode 4, an aluminum plate is used as a negative electrode 3, and seawater is filled between the plates to form a voltaic cell. A signal generating circuit of SOS, a lighting circuit of a light emitting diode 12 and a radio signal transmitting circuit are incorporated and molded, and are installed in a seawater battery to be formed as a signal transmitting circuit 10. A weight-like bottom plate 14 and a float-like cover 13 are applied to be formed as an ocean throwing-in type. At a sea disaster accident, a mooring hook 15 and a life floating ring are thrown into the sufferers in a state of being connected by a rope. Overflowing holes are alternately arranged on the rearer side and the further side so that an overflowing hole with an adjacent cell does not approach. Short circuit between cells by overhead blooding between the cells due to the tilt of the battery by undulation of the waves when the seawater battery floats, can be avoided by this arrangement.
