After that, the column is washed with an ascorbic acid to completely remove plutonium, and then uranium adsorbed to the column is eluted by a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, and the volume is determined by a dibenzolymethane solution to be measured by a spectrophotometer 24.
