PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a refrigerating facility operable regardless of power situation. SOLUTION: A blower 3 for supplying air collected from a warehouse 1 is driven through an engine 2 to supply turning air through a first air cooler 4 to a compressor 5. Compressed air is fed from the compressor through a second air cooler 6 and a heat recovery heat exchanger 7 to an expander 5 coupled integrally with the compressor and expanded air is supplied through a snow removing machine 9 into the warehouse 1. Since no electric motor is required, power situation has no significant effect on the operating state and a large air refrigerant chiller can be used even in an area of insufficient power supply.
