PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce oscillation generated from a device itself and to largely improve its recording density by providing a groove around an exposing light source and filling an oscillation absorbing member into the groove. SOLUTION: A groove 18 which divides an exposing light source placing part on which an exposing light source 3 on the upper surface of a fixed disk 2 is placed and an optical scanning device placing part on which an optical scanning device 8 is placed, is bored between both of them. The groove 18 is bored so that oscillation of the placing part generated from the exposing light source 3 are prevented from propagating to the optical scanning device 8 placing part and it is bored along the side part of the exposing light source 3. Then, an oscillation absorbing member is filled into the groove 18. In this case, since a liquid does not propagate a transversal wave component and propagate a longitudinal wave component only, the liquid is preferably used as the oscillation absorbing member and oil or the like having large molecular weight is further preferably used as the liquid having large viscosity.
