PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the insulating covering film of an electric conductor, while suppressing cost increase. SOLUTION: Strengths of insulating covering films 36 and 37 on an electric conductor 33, at positions where the electric conductor 33 is bent with large curvatures are larger than the strengths of insulating covering films at positions where the electric conductor, is bent with small curvatures. Therefore, the parts of the electrical conductor 33 which are bent with large curvatures can be protected from film breakdown, by increasing the strengths of the insulating covering films 36 and 37. A short circuit between the electrical conductors 33, which is caused by the film breakdown, can also be avoided. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to apply the insulating covering films 36 and 37 with high strengths over the full length of the electrical conductor 33 and this effect can be obtained by applying the insulating covering with a high strength only to the part of the conductor bent with a large curvature, cost increase due to increase in the strength of the covering film can be suppressed to a low level.
