PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device with which low-frequency components more powerful can be obtained than from a conventional acoustic device, in spite of its space saving configuration. SOLUTION: Independent speaker spaces 4R, 4L are formed to the left and right in the inside of a cabinet 1 and speakers 5R, 5L are mounted in each speaker space in this acoustic device. Resonance spaces 39 are communicated, an auxiliary speaker 12 is mounted in the resonance spaces 39 to provide an output of sound in addition to the speakers 5R, 5L, and the resonance sound in the resonance space is led to the outside via ducts 11R, 11L. Low components more powerful than that of a conventional device can be obtained in spite of a saved space configuration by effectively utilizing the resonance effect in the resonance space.
