PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of synchronously monitoring a data server device and displaying the state while manually operating a remote monitoring device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a central monitoring system 1 and at least one remote monitoring device 2 connected with this central monitoring system on a wide area network line 15, and the remote monitoring device 2 has a state display process 7 for acquiring/displaying real time data from a duplex system data server device 4 of the central monitoring system 1 and a state monitoring process 8 for reporting the state of the data server to the state display process 7 by managing the equipment state of the central monitoring system 1.
