PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the linearity of input/output characteristics even at the part of a small differential input voltage. SOLUTION: This integration circuit incorporated in a signal processing LSI for a magnetic disk is constituted of an MAG (magnetic) amplifier circuit 1 for outputting a voltage proportional to the difference of an inputted differential input voltage and not generating an offset voltage when the differential input voltage is 0 V, the voltage/current conversion circuit 2 of the output voltage and a capacity circuit 3 for performing charging by the output current and outputting the voltage proportional to the charging time. When the differential input voltage is VinX=VinY, since currents flowing to transistors Q5 and Q8 are equal, the base-emitter voltages Vbe of the transistor Q5 and the transistor Q8 become equal. Also, since the transistors Q3, Q4, Q6 and Q7 are all turned on and the same current is made flow respectively, an offset is not generated between the output voltage VinP and the output voltage VinN.
