PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming method having an image which has a good surface characteristic having been not attainable by the present electrostatic charge image forming technique and is particularly free from the unnecessary glitering on the surface as well as a color image forming device and color image forming method using the same. SOLUTION: In the image forming method for heat fixing electrostatic charge image developing toners containing at least a binding resin and coloring agents the image is formed by using a recording material having an image forming layer of a layer thickness m and in which the layer thickness of the image forming layer, defined as m, the glass transition temperature of the binder resin, as TgM, the volumetric average grain size of the toners, as n, and the glass transition temperature of the binder resin, as TgN, have the following relations. The equations are made to be (1) m>=n, (2) TgM<TgN. |
