PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the capacity of a capacitor and to change a circuit parameter by providing a pattern for capacitor and a conductive layer composing the capacitor on the surface of a card. SOLUTION: An antenna coil 13, patterns 15a and 15b for capacitor, IC chip 12, chip component 14 for capacitor and circuit to be connected with the patterns for capacitor are formed on a plastic sheet to become a circuit board 11. Nonwoven fabric is fitted to both the sides of the formed circuit board 11 or an over sheet is directly laminated and an IC card 10 is formed by heating and pressing. When providing the conductive layer on the surface of the card 1O, the conductive layer composed of conductive ink and seal or film having a metal layer is provided on the resin surface of the card 10 by print, transfer and seal working. The capacitor can be constituted by overlapping this conductive layer with plate-shaped print patterns provided on the circuit board 11 inside the card. |
