PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain sufficient coloration in the peripheral parts of pixels without uneven coloration by forming image receiving layers to be formed between matrix-like light shielding layers on a transparent substrate by using a transparent photosensitive resin, thereby allowing the ink to uniformly color pixel parts. SOLUTION: The color filters 1 for display devices are constituted by forming matrix-like light shielding layers 5 on the transparent substrate 2. The image receiving layers 3 are formed between the matrix-like light shielding layers 5 on the transparent substrate 2. Patterned coloring layers 4 respective of red(R), green(G) and blue(B) are formed on the image receiving layers 3. The image receiving layers 3 are disposed in order to uniformly color the pixel parts with the ink injected from a nozzle when the patterned coloring layers 4 are formed by an ink jet method. Photosensitive resins which are transparent, free from discoloration and color fading of the ink subjected to image receiving and have various resistances are used as the material of the image receiving layers 3. Such resins are adequately high-polymer resins of a (meth)acrylic system. |
