PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of an electrical connection part capable of electrical connection at an arbitrary relative rotating position around a specified axis. SOLUTION: On an upper facing surface 21a of a coil part 20a, a first conducting part 22a, a second conducting part 23a and a third conducting part 24a different in radius dimension are concentrically arranged setting a specified axis X as its center. On an surface 50a to be faced to a distribution part 40a facing the facing surface 21a, a first contact 44a, a second contact 45a and a third contact 46a are formed vertically at positions corresponding to the first conducting part 22a, the second conducting part 23a and the third conducting part 24. In the state that the coil part 20a is connected with the distribution part 40a at an arbitrary relative rotating position, the first contact 44a, the second contact 45a and the third contact 46a come into contact with any are the first conducting part 22a, the second conducting part 23a and the third conducting part 24a. Thereby the electrical connection between the contacts 44a, 45a, 46a and the conducting parts 22a, 23a and 24a is obtained.
