<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for taking in the outer air comfortably at high energy efficiency by performing outer air intake control while taking account of the relationship of indoor and outdoor temperatures, contamination of the indoor air, and the like. SOLUTION: A decision is made that cooling operation is performed if the indoor temperature Ti is higher than a set target temperature Ts otherwise a decision is made that heating operation is performed. In case of cooling operation, outer is taken in (S4) if the difference Ti-To between the indoor temperature Ti and the outer air temperature To is higher than a comfortable temperature differenceΔTx(cool) under cooling operation (S3) otherwise (S6) an outer air intake fan is stopped (S5). In case of heating operation, outer air is taken in (S7) and the outer air intake fan is stopped (S8) if Ti-To is lower than a comfortable temperature differenceΔTx(heat).</p> |
