<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner of the type also for use in disposition where condensed water can be securely received on a drip pan even in any case of wall mounted onto a wall surface or floor disposition, or suspension disposition on a ceiling surface. SOLUTION: The present air conditioner is adapted such that a suction hole 2 is provided in an upper surface rear portion of a body 1 and left and right both side surface rear portions, and a suction outlet 3 is provided in upper and lower surface front portions and left and right side surface front portions. A heat exchanger 4 and an air fan 6 are disposed on an air passage connecting the suction holes and the suction outlet. Further, condensed water dropping from the heat exchanger is received on a first drip pan 5a when the body is wall mounted on a wall surface A or disposed on a floor. Further, the condensed water dropping from the heat exchanger is received on a second dew reception pan 5b when the body is suspended from a ceiling surface.</p> |
