PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine, having a chuck mechanism which has a simple structure and enables easy delivering at the time of transferring an air-core coil after winding to the next process, without disordering the shape of the coil and while the tension of a winding start wire and a winding end wire is held. SOLUTION: This winding machine is a winding machine, which performs winding of an air-core coil and transfer to the next process and is constituted of an external actuator 7, in which a compression spring 6 is installed at the tip, a winding jig 1 performing rotating operation, and a chuck 2 which is installed on the outer periphery of the winding jig 1 and can be opened and closed with the external actuator 7. The winding machine is equipped with a chuck mechanism, which clamps a winding start wire of the air-core coil by closing the chuck 2 and clamps a winding end wire of the air-core coil with the chuck 2 and the compression spring 6. |
