PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cutting and crimping device capable of accurately positioning a wire guide part of a wire carrier during terminal crimping to improve the crimping precision of the terminal. SOLUTION: In an automatic cutting and crimping device, a wire guide part 43 for guiding a wire W to the direction of feeding the wire is provided at the end 27a of a wire carrier 25 for carrying the wire W to at least a cutting and stripping part and a terminal crimping part to cut the wire W fed out of the wire guide part 43, strip a coating material at the cut terminal end of the wire W, carry/stop the wire carrier 25 at its wire guide part 43 under a punch 67 interlocking with a terminal crimping machine at the terminal crimping part and crimp a terminal to the terminal end of the stripped wire W against which the end 27a of the wire carrier 25 is pushed downward at the lower end 67a of the punch. A U-shaped guide 70 is provided at the lower end 67a of the punch 67 for positioning the wire carrier 25 at its end 27a.
