PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure mechanical connection as well as electrical connection by providing a flange with an electrical connection area coming in front face contact with an electric contact part of a base when the flange and the base are made to horizontally abut on each other. SOLUTION: The lower end of an electric receiver 1 is fixed to a flange 7 by fixing screws 12, and a reduction gear connected to the electric receiver 1 is provided at a base 6 of complementary shape to the shape of the flange 7. A space 20 is provided in the center position of the base 6 to receive a member for connecting the reduction gear to a motor spindle 8 of the electric receiver 1. The spindle 8 is fixed to a pinion 9 meshed with a complementary element 10, and ball-like bearings 21, 22 are provided in the space 20 to connect the reduction gear to the spindle 8. Recesses 23, 24 formed by engaging the base 6 and the flange 7 horizontally are provided with connector holders 13, 14 to hold connectors 15, 16, and electrically connecting lead wires 17, 18 are connected to the connectors 15, 16 to supply electric energy to the electric receiver 1.
