PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a complex contact pattern and prevent chattering phenomenon by forming a contact pattern by laminating copper foil and nickel foil on a laminating substrate of glass fiber cloth into which thermosetting resin is impregnated, and embedding the most part of its thickness part under the surface of the glass fiber cloth laminating substrate by forced fitting. SOLUTION: A specified contact pattern is formed by etching operation on a copper foil sticking surface of a laminated substrate 1 comprising a glass fiber cloth impregnated with thermosetting resin, whose one side or both sides are stuck with copper foil. The laminated substrate 1 is prepared by stacking the desirable number of pre-pregs obtained by impregnating epoxy resin into the glass fiber cloth and drying, interposing it between a pair of hot pressure molding plates, pressing from both sides, and heating. At that time, the laminated substrate 1 is not yet completely cured, and curing is stopped in an imperfect state. Nickel foil 3 is stuck on a contact pattern 4 by plating, they are interposed between the hot pressure molding plates, pressed and heated to embed the contact pattern 4 under the surface 1a of the laminated substrate 1.
