PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the occurence of distortion in the confronting attitude of upper and lower reels due to the change of the welding amount for a welding boss. SOLUTION: The relative position between the upper reel and the lower reel 16 at the time of ultrasonic welding for the welding boss 20 is stipulated in such a manner that the circumference 24 of the base end part of a pivot 19 on a center part 21 of the boss and the upper surface 22b (hatched line part in the figure) of a side wall 22 are respectively abutted on the confronted surface of the upper reel. The circumference of the base end part of the welding boss 20 on the center part 21 of boss does not abut on the upper reel.
