PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dedicated personal recording book to a user who performs access, to leave the recording of the retrieved result of a database in the recording book, to allow the user to make comments on the recorded information, and to allow the user to view the recorded contents of his own personal recording book while the recorded information and comments are classified and arranged. SOLUTION: When a request for the reading of the recorded contents of a personal recording book is made from a user's a computer, information in a data base linked with each information identifier recorded in the personal recording book is extracted as necessary, and the screen constitution data of a recording book reading screen for expressing the summary of the information as a list are generated, and transmitted to the user's computer. At the time of constituting the recording book reading screen, a comment display column is attached to each information summary corresponding to each information identifier so that the user can entry arbitrary comments. Then, the comments posted in the comments display column corresponding to the information summary are displayed.
