PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate large driving force by arranging a pendulum and the like on a position apart from a shaft of a rotor, perform a rolling operation of a main body case utilizing centrifugal force of the pendulum generated by rotating the rotor on its own axis, and utilizing a stride operation generated by the rolling operation to driving force. SOLUTION: A pendulum 2 is arranged on a position apart from a shaft (a rotary shaft) 1 of a rotor, a rolling operation is performed on an external case 3 utilizing centrifugal force of the pendulum 2 generated by rotating the rotor on its own axis, and the rolling operation is utilized as a driving force of stride. Namely, the rolling operation is generated by rotating the rotor on its own axis so as to swing the whole for composing a propulsion mechanism while gravitating to centrifugal force of a pendulum 2. When one point of the case is earthed in this condition, the stride operation is repeated by its point so as to generate driving force of one direction. The case 3 is hung to wheels which are rolled on a rail 6 for example through a supporting frame 5.
