PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an effect to prevent forgetting things and to obtain a design smart the pleasant in terms of fashion by constituting a nail part and a memorandum part to a Tee shape on a tacky adhesive tape and disposing a folding position for folding at the boundary between the nail part and the memorandum part. SOLUTION: This memorandum seal consists of the tacky adhesive tape 1 to be wound around the finger, the belt-like nail part 3 and the memorandum part 4. The tacky adhesive tape 1, the nail part 3 and the memorandum seal itself of the memorandum part 4 are tacky adhesive paper having tacky adhesive surfaces on the back and have tacky adhesive covers 2 on the rear surfaces. The memorandum seal has the nail part 3 and the memorandum part 4 to the Tee shape from the central position of the tacky adhesive tape 1 and has the folding position 5 at the boundary between the nail part 3 and the memorandum part 4.
