PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal boosting circuit in which current consumption can be reduced keeping conventional capability as it is. SOLUTION: An internal boosting circuit has a oscillator circuit oscillating the prescribed frequency making a oscillator control signal as a control signal, and a boosting voltage generating circuit 4 outputting the prescribed boosting voltage making a oscillator signal 3 being an output of the oscillator circuit as an input, in this boosting voltage generating circuit 4, one end of a capacitor for boosting is connected to one end of a capacitor for boosting of an another boosting circuit being out of phase 180 degrees in order to prepare next boosting operation, boosting voltage VBOOT is made the prescribed voltage value by performing operation retuning charged electric charges to a GND potential after utilizing it again.
