PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably clean an optical fiber held by an optical connector plug without damaging. SOLUTION: This guide is used suitably to array exposed tip parts of optical fibers 12 held by the optical connector plug 11. The optical connector plug is inserted into a base 13 where an array member 14 is held. The array member has an array of thin through holes a little larger than the external diameter of the optical fibers. Each thin hole receive an optical fiber so that when the optical connector plug is held on the base, the tip part, slightly projects.
