PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe block of a probe device for testing a liquid crystal panel, which facilitates alignment of a probe block electrode with an electrode, has high flexibility to cope with a difference in size of a liquid crystal panel and enables a test with reliability. SOLUTION: A designated number of probe block electrodes 3 disposed vertically and horizontally are arranged on the respective transparent base plates 2 divided into plural parts and made adhere thereto to form a probe block 1 unit, and probe blocks 1 of the number corresponding to the side of a liquid crystal panel are combined. Light is transmitted through the transparent base plates 2 to align the probe block electrodes 3 with an electrode 12.
