DEFORMABLE MATERIAL FOR ROOF LINING AND METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURE

The material and method are designed for civil works in connection with roofing structures, windows and other civil engineering structures. Their application contributes to improving the soundness of the roof and improving the deformation properties of the material. The material consists of a metal sheet or metal foil in the form of a band or a narrow strip (1), one of the sides of which is designed for connection to the civil engineering structure for getting through the roof. The band or strip (1) is corrugated in continuous corrugated shape in two directions (A & B) which are perpendicular to each other. The method consists of the corrugation of a band or strip (1) consisting partially of a metal sheet or metal foil. Corrugation is made by rolling in first direction (A) when first continuous corrugation form is produced. After rolling in direction (A) the band or strip (1) is corrugated in second corrugation form which is perpendicular to the first one by rolling in second direction (8) perpendicular to direction (A). 12 claims, 6 figures
