<p>The mechanized probe is used for the collection of soil samples in disturbed condition for agrochemical and other analyses. It has simplified and convenient design and can be used even in dry and hard soils without the application of great effort. It consists of a driving unit, stem (6) and sample cup (11) The driving unit is a portable motor (1) with a built-in reducer (2) fitted to a frame which can easily be manipulated. The fits between the outlet shaft (3) of reducer (2) and between the stem (6) and cup (11) are easily dismantled by two simple moves. The sample cup (11) is a thin-walled tube the lower end of which is in the form of a cutting top (13) consisting of two lower knives (14), two side knives (17) and a conical guide (18). The distance between the cutting edges of the side knives is slightly bigger than the outer diameter of the sample cup. 2 claims, 7 figures</p> |
