<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an angle measuring range which is wide as far as possible regarding a sample centering apparatus provided with a mechanism which adjusts the position of a sample inside a plane. SOLUTION: This sample centering apparatus is provided with a movable member 13a which can be turned and moved around an axial line X1. In addition, it is provided with an axial line X2 which is set on the movable member 13a and which is at a right angle to the axial line X1. In addition it is provided with a movable member 13b which can be turned and moved around the axial line X2 and to which a sample S is attached. In addition, it is provided with an urging means 14a, and an urging means 14b which are arranged and installed on the rear side of the movable member 13a and the movable member 13b as viewed from the sample S and which move the movable members toward an X-ray optical path R. The rotational movement around the axial line X1 of the movable member 13a is combined with the rotational movement around the second axial line X2 of the movable member 13b, and the plane coordinate position as viewed from the direction of an arrow C of the sample S is adjusted so as to agree with the X-ray optical path R.</p> |
