<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of spacer beads within the display pixel. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a thin film transistor(TFT) having a gate insulating film formed in such a manner that it covers a scanning signal line GL formed on a part of a glass substrate, an amorphous silicon film AS which is formed on at least a part of the gate insulating film, a video signal electrode DL formed on at least a part of the gate insulating film and the amorphous silicon film AS, a protective insulating film PSV 1 which is formed so as to cover each signal line GL, DL and the gate insulating film and a pixel electrode ITO1 electrically connected with a part on the video signal electrode SD1. Here, an opening is provided at least at a part of the display pixel PX of the gate insulating film and the protective insulating film PSV1, and at least one part of the pixel electrode ITO1 is directly formed on the glass substrate.</p> |
