PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head device capable of stably recording and/or reproducing data and also effectively suppressing the disconnection of the wire constituting coils of a magnetic head element. SOLUTION: In this magnetic head device, a bend 190 bending nearly in the parallel direction to the signal recording surface of a 1st or 2nd flexible disk is formed at one end side of the wire constituting the 1st, 2nd coils 141, 142 and the 2nd coil 156 for a head chip, and the displacement of the wire in company with the rocking of a head slider 133 and a 1st core part 138 which constitute the magnetic head part 105, is made possible by the bend 190.
