PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute sound recording of any disk contents to another recordable disk and sound recording of optional sound source information to any disk with excellent operability in a system housing plural sheets of CDs, MDs. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that at least plural sheets of CD disks or MD disks are housed in disk slots, and prescribed sound source information is sound-recorded on a prescribed recording medium through a drive unit. In such a case, the device is provided with disk presence detection means 14, 24 detecting the presence of the disk housed in the disk slot and decision means 15, 25 deciding whether or not the disk is a recordable medium. A part is provided on a surface part, and the luminous part of plural pieces of keys 32 for executing the selection of the disk, the output/reproducing, the sound recording of the sound source information are turn-on/turn-off controlled successively according to the procedure executing sound recording operation based on the presence information of the disk, the recordable medium information.
